The TIME WARP section is a timeline of the state's HISTORY. Click on the RIGHT button (it's the purple triangle button on the right) to start the TIME WARP machine. As you hold down the right button, you will travel FORWARD in time. To go backwards, hold down the LEFT button.
As you travel through the TIME WARP, certain dates in the state's history will have a round button with an EYE inside. Click on each of these buttons for a more detailed explanation of what happened at this point in history.
Continue traveling through the TIME WARP until you reach the end of the timeline. You will have a SURPRISE waiting for you at the end!
